Managing your Winamax account
In order to validate your Winamax account, you must provide us with the documents listed below:
• A copy of your national identity card OR your passport OR your driving licence. The document you choose to send must be within the dates of validity and be a high quality copy (PDF scan or JPG photograph for example)
• A copy of a bank verification document, showing your account IBAN and your name.

We remind you that your account will be automatically frozen if your documents are not validated within 30 days of enabling real money on your account.
Once the documents have been received and validated, we will send you a validation code by postal letter which you must enter on your Winamax account in order to complete the validation process. Note that if your code is not entered within 6 weeks, your account will be permanently closed.
It’s possible that your spam filter has considered our email to be junk mail. If this is the case, your activation email will be found in your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder.
We advise you to configure your spam filter to accept “Winamax.fr” as a trusted sender. If you are still unable to receive your activation email, please contact support from the email address registered on your Winamax account.
According to online poker legislation, a validation code is sent to you by postal letter upon completion of the identity check in order to verify your postal address.
If you have not received this code within 7 days of your documents being accepted, please verify that the address registered on your account is correct. If necessary, update your address and a new letter will be sent to your automatically. If the address is correct, please contact support who will send you a new letter.
In order to log-in to Winamax, you must enter your email address and password.
If you do not remember your password, you should be shown the error message “Incorrect email address or password” when trying to log-in.
Click on the “Lost password?” link then enter your email address and you’ll receive an email within a few minutes containing a password reset link. You may also go directly to this page.
In this case please contact support, attaching a copy of your identity document to the email. We will then send you a link allowing you to change your password, and then log-in to your account to change the registered email address.
Log-in to the Winamax website using your email and current password then go to “Account settings” after hovering over your table name.

Once the change has been made, you will receive an activation email at your new address. Please ensure that you use a valid email address for your account. This allows us to send your deposit/cash out confirmation, keep you up to date with our latest offers and provide you with essential information if you win a live event package.

Click on the “My account” button in the software, then click on your avatar. You may also perform this action from this page.
Is your personal information (name, address, etc.) incorrect and you would like to update it?
Log-in to the Winamax website and go to “Account settings” after hovering over your table name. You can then make the required changes. You may also go directly to this page.
You may change the bank account information registered on your account in the “My account” section of the website. From here, click on the “Edit” button located to the right of the “Banking information” section.
Once this has been done, you may send us a copy of your new bank account verification document, specifying that it is for a bank account update.
We remind you that, according to the law, it is forbidden to possess multiple Winamax accounts.
You may close your account from the “My account” section of the Winamax website. Note that by closing your account, you lose all the benefits associated with it (Miles, tickets and bonuses).
If your account has been validated and contains a positive balance, the funds remaining on your account will be paid out to your bank account within 3 working days.
If not however, it is necessary to send us your identity check documents (ID and bank account verification) before we can process your balance withdrawal.
Simply uncheck the option in your email preferences.
