Placed a bet on a player in the starting lineup but they played less than 12 minutes? Not to worry, the Starting Lineup Guarantee will refund your bet!

How does it work?

Event: all NBA games.
Eligible bets: All pre-game or In-Play "milestone" bets on players, as long as these bets lose at the end of the match and the player plays less than 12 minutes. “Double chance scorer” bets will be void if both players are eligible for the Starting Lineup Guarantee, or did not participate in the match.
Refund condition: The player must be a part of the stating lineup and have played less than 12 minutes in the entire match.
Eligibility: Bets from your real money balance are eligible for a cash refund with no minimum bet. Bets from your Freebets balance are refunded in Freebets.
Odds requirement: none.
Maximum refund amount: none.
Timeframe of refund: within 24 hours.

Details

This offer is only valid for NBA games.
There will be no refunds if a player leaves due to a ban.
For accumulator bets, the relevant selection will be cancelled and the odds of that selection will be adjusted to 1.00.
If a selection is cancelled within a MyMatch, then the entire MyMatch will be cancelled regardless of the outcome (win or lose) of the other selections.
Cashout bets are not eligible for refund.
Boosted Odds and Big Boosted Odds will be refunded if they are on eligible bets.
