[Video] Adrián Mateos steamrolls the HighRoller (3/3)

By in

The trilogy ends with a heads-up Master Class.

(In case you missed them: Part 1 and Part 2)

Adrián Mateos never leaves our screens, these days, but who's complaining? We will never get enough advice from Spain's most gifted player. Only a few days after launching a new season of Inside the Mind of a Pro, the one they call la maquina is back to conclude a 3-part series devoted to the daily Winamax Highroller. The final heads-up match is about to start: Amadi_17 is lagging behind in chips against DonKeyOnee, and begins with a warning: "I don't consider myself a heads-up expert. Perhaps it's the part of the game I've studied least." Some will consider those words an overflow of modesty, coming from someone who has managed to reach the heads-up stage of 36 live tournaments before the age of 26 (including the HU championship at the WSOP), a figure you can easily multiply ten-fold if you're talking about online poker. Over the next 21 minutes, Adrián will indeed showcase the full extent of his one-to-one abilities, going deep into the myriad of adjustements necessary to perform at the ultimate stage: sizing calibration, range construction, bluffing frequency, and so on. A perfect breather before Inside the Mind of a Pro resumes next Monday!
