Alexane Najchaus is experiencing her first thrills at the World Series of Poker... and on camera for your favourite series.

Remember when you first discovered the World Series of Poker? Let Alexane Najchaus take you back to your first time. Alexane joined Team Winamax in September 2022, based on her high volume and good results on our Expresso tables. After a remarkable first performance in March at the Winamax Poker Tour Grand Final (4th out of 3,000 participants), "LaSirenita" is ready to enter the temple of poker: the World Championships in Las Vegas.

We'll be resuming our weekly (maybe more? Maybe...) sessions of Inside the Mind of a Pro with Alexane, with a new season devoted entirely to the 2023 WSOP. But for us here at Winamax, your favourite series never really stops keeping us busy. Let's rewind: this first episode, which you're watching today, was shot in July before being edited, soundtracked, colour-graded, infographics-powered and voice-overed (yes, I'm making some words up), subtitled and triple-checked. In other words, it was shot around the same time as we finished broadcasting the previous season, with the Team pulling out all the stops in the $10,000 6-max event (4 representatives in the top 30)...

So before you've even clicked on 'play', you may already be asking yourself the question: when's the next season? We'll tell you that you're far too impatient. You're about to embark on a few happy months at the heart of the WSOP 2023, and discover a mix of newcomers and established names, both on the casting side and in terms of the tournaments chosen. Enjoy it fully, for Davidi's sake! But we can also tell you that, as you read these lines, the R2D2 production team is packing their suitcases with cameras and microphones, and taking their passports out of the drawer...
