But how far will this special WSOP 2022 season of Inside the Mind of a Pro take us? Well beyond the kick-off of the 2023 edition, it's now a foregone conclusion... Despite the 27 episodes already in the can (which is almost a record for the series), Team Winamax stubbornly refuses to leave Las Vegas without offering us a final thrill in the last big tournament on the summer schedule: the $10,000 6-max.

With four members of Team W still in the running and 30 players remaining, we were spoilt for choice when it came to choosing our hero. Adrian Mateos bowing out at the end of the previous episode? No problem: the cameras were immediately focused on his executioner, a certain Davidi Kitai. And actually, we haven't quite finished with the maquina yet. This 28th episode begins with a short flashback, to relive a few orbits as the Belgian genius.

We find Davidi with a stack of 44 blinds. A substantial arsenal that will enable him to eliminate Adrian Mateos and defend himself as best he can against other top players such as Anthony Zinno and Barak Wisbrod.
