Still got chills from the previous episode? Brace yourselves: with only 37 players left in the Bahamas, the danger is only growing bigger.
How deliciously stressful was that last episode, huh? We got real scared when we saw our hero's stack melting after a very agressive preflop move with King-10 suited, called by Ace-King. However, Adrián Mateos, who had been commanding a big stack until this point, was ready for this kind of problematic situation, and managed to weather down an extended short-stack period. After a few uncalled open-shoves, some juicy value bets on the river, and a crucial double up with Kings (where we learned of the importance of the ladder jumps and the judicious use of the time bank cards), Adrián is now back in the pack. Does that mean he's out of danger? Well, no. Quite the opposite, really. See, there are only 37 players left in the Caribbean Poker Party Main Event, spread around five tables, and as you'll see very quickly, pretty much all of them are world class professionnals. You'll easily recognize many of them. So, troubles are only beginning for our intrepid Spaniard. With Day 3 nearing its conclusion, now more than ever is the time to stick to the A-game. Focus!
